I started with the company back in February of this year, a young man by the name of Johnny came to my property and thoroughly explained what he was going to be doing and what to expect. Let me tell you something! To this day I have not seen a single roach and I'm the happiest customer in the world. I applied a gel bait to cracks and crevices inside the kitchen. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. Good morning. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this morning. Inspected the exterior and found no signs of termite activity or rodent entry points. After walking the property with you I identified the target pest as yellow jackets and paper wasps. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I applied a contact treatment to the wasp nest on the air conditioner and removed the nest. I spot treated the yellow jacket nest with a non repellent liquid residual treatment that will kill the nest over a 7-10 day period. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, soffits,eaves and the sides of doorways of the home for general pest control. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection, we did in fact find ants invading your kitchen. An ant gel was applied throughout kitchen in cracks n crevices. Also ant gel baited arenas were left on the countertops. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were placed on the corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits.
